XVIVO created this short clip for Dr. Irene Bosch, Ph.D. of UMass and Dr. Yorgo Modis, Ph.D. of Yale University. This educational animation was intended for use by PBS TV in order to illustrate the mechanism by which the Dengue Virus (DENV) fuses with its endocytotic vesicle, allowing viral material to escape into the cytosol and begin infection.
