XERMELO MOA

XVIVO partnered with Lexicon Pharmaceuticals to create a series of high end medical animations that provide an overview of carcinoid syndrome diarrhea (CSD). The program illustrates how XERMELO, through the inhibition of TPH, turns down the overproduction of serotonin within neuroendocrine tumor cells, helping patients gain control over carcinoid syndrome.

While we typically represent cellular and molecular mechanisms in a realistic manner, for this program we re-envisioned cancer cells as grungy steam punk factories, peppered with smoke stacks billowing out serotonin.

XERMELO MOA

My experience working with XVIVO can be summed up in one word: Confidence. Confidence in what the quality of the final animation would be, as well as confidence in their recommendations in regard to executing the animation from the initial pre-production meetings throughout the life of the project, until the final delivery. Confidence from the very first day that they would do what they said, when they said they would do it, and deliver high quality multimedia on time, and on budget.
