Kathleen-Wildasin-200Kathleen Wildasin is a freelance medical/science writer based in Lexington, Kentucky. Since 2000, Kathleen has written medical content for a wide variety of audiences, including physician specialists, nurses, scientists, pharmaceutical sales representatives, patients and consumers of all ages. Her main therapeutic areas of expertise include oncology, cardiology and cardiac rhythm management, rheumatology, neurology, infectious disease and transplantation. Kathleen’s coauthored feature article, “Cancer Clues from Pet Dogs,” was published in Scientific American, and her short stories and medical thriller have received recognition in national writing competitions. Kathleen holds a BA in music theory/composition (University of Minnesota), an MA in music theory (University of Iowa) and a BA in biology (Indiana University). She was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society in 1993.

Kathleen has also written many scripts for our animated MOAs including Takeda’s CIC and IBSC, KCI’s AtmosAir therapeutic support system, Unilever’s DEFI micelle and Novartis’ BCR/ABL.
