KCI’s vacuum assisted closure system (V.A.C. Therapy System) is shown with a diabetic foot ulcer dressing. V.A.C. creates an environment that promotes wound healing in chronic, acute, traumatic, sub acute and dehisced wounds, partial thickness burns, ulcers (diabetic or pressure), flaps and grafts. It prepares the wound bed for closure by reducing edema, promoting granulation tissue formation and vascular perfusion, and by removing exudate and infectious material.

Working With XVIVO

DARPA was very pleased with the Trauma Pod of the Future video. It was instrumental in presenting this futuristic and complex research program and provided an insight to the audience and reviewers that they would not have otherwise achieved. The quality of the work is exceptional and the video has been shown hundreds of times with great success; it is one of the most popular videos that I have used in my presentations.
