XVIVO Project Details

XVIVO worked closely with Incyte to develop a chaptered animation program on JAK pathway signaling. Janus kinases (JAK) are enzymes that mediate signaling of several important drivers of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), other hematological malignancies and inflammatory diseases. There are four JAK enzymes: JAK1, 2, 3 and TYK2. Aberrant activation of the JAK-STAT pathway has been documented in a variety of cancers. This clip features a selection from the full animation showing normal JAK pathway activation and downstream signaling.

Working With XVIVO

XVIVO has done an outstanding job for us. They engaged in our graphical design project with enthusiasm and took it to a level well beyond our imagination!
