These clips come from a project we developed that discuss the mechanisms of disease of Chronic Idiopathic Constipation (CIC) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation (IBS-C). This animation depicts the micro-anatomy of the bowel from the level of bowel surface microvilli, down to the traffic of ions and proteins across specialized tight junctions that bind villus cells together.

I came to XVIVO with only a few basic thoughts, and from these ideas, they worked out an excellent and striking image that perfectly conveyed the scientific point. I was very pleased with the experience, and I would recommend XVIVO to anyone that wants to explain complicated scientific ideas with clear and professional images.
